The 2011 NorthernCross Easter Pilgrimage was completed successfully. It took place between 16 - 24 April 2011. Around 80 people in 7 different legs (groups) successfully walked towards Holy Island / Lindisfarne to celebrate Easter there with the island community. Each had different routes and walking experiences. Alongside those covering 10-15 miles per day, there was also a group for families with children doing much short walks; as well as an long distance unsupported camping route.
