Dates of Easter and Northern Cross
When do we walk? The dates of the Northern Cross Pilgrimage for the next few years
Northern Cross begins each year when pilgrims gather on the Friday evening before Palm Sunday, in various locations, and finishes on Holy Island (Lindisfarne), Northumberland, on Easter Sunday. It began in 1976 and has come together to celebrate Easter every year since.
